Fair Donut Ingredients

Below is a list of all ingredients used in making our Donuts. Our fryers are only used for donut production, and use the same oil listed below.

Donut Mix contains wheat, milk, egg and soy ingredients: Enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Sugar, Soybean Oil, Defatted Soy Flour, Egg Yolk with Sodium Silicoaluminate, Dextrose, Nonfat Milk, Leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, monocalcium phosphate), Potato Flour, Yellow Corn Flour, Salt, Soy Lecithin, Natural and Artificial Flavor.

Frying Agent is Vegetable Shortening which contains partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (soybean and cottonseed oils)

White Powder Coating is manufactured on shared equipment with products containing wheat, milk, soy, egg, Yellow #5, Yellow #6 and Red #40: Dextrose, Corn Starch, Palm Oil, Titanium Dioxide, Artificial Flavor

Cinnamon Sugar Coating ingredients are ground cinnamon and granulated sugar.
