Burgers and Donuts and Fries, OH MY!

We offer a variety of fair food to please everyone's palate.

The fair operates its own food concession stands as part of its fundraising effort for Kimberton Fire Company. These include our famous homemade donuts along with burgers, dogs, walking tacos, meatball sandwiches and birch beer. Every dollar spent these stands helps the fire company maintain the equipment and gear needed to protect our communities.

There are also a number of independent commercial food vendors to choose from for other traditional fair food such as french fries, funnel cake, sausage sandwich, ice cream and even salads!

All food concessions are licensed by the Chester County Health Department.

Kimberton Fair Donuts

The famous Kimberton Fair donuts are carefully made by a cast of volunteers from the Kimberton Fire Company, Donut Committee, and the community who dedicate many hours to make sure patrons get their fair donuts!

Our volunteers typically go through 120 bags of donut mix, process 300 batches, and bag 6,900 DOZEN donuts! Over 82,000 individual delicious, melt-in-your-mouth donuts pass through the fair kitchen.

These donuts are in high demand, so don't delay in getting yours. The donut kitchen is open for sales by 6:00 pm Monday-Friday and at 4:00 pm on Saturday. But don't delay because when we sell out, the donut window closes for the night!

Fair Donut Ingredients

Below is a list of all ingredients used in making our Donuts. Our fryers are only used for donut production, and use the same oil listed below.

Donut Mix contains wheat, milk, egg and soy ingredients: Enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Sugar, Soybean Oil, Defatted Soy Flour, Egg Yolk with Sodium Silicoaluminate, Dextrose, Nonfat Milk, Leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, monocalcium phosphate), Potato Flour, Yellow Corn Flour, Salt, Soy Lecithin, Natural and Artificial Flavor.

Frying Agent is Vegetable Shortening which contains partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (soybean and cottonseed oils)

White Powder Coating is manufactured on shared equipment with products containing wheat, milk, soy, egg, Yellow #5, Yellow #6 and Red #40: Dextrose, Corn Starch, Palm Oil, Titanium Dioxide, Artificial Flavor

Cinnamon Sugar Coating ingredients are ground cinnamon and granulated sugar.
